Currently Oats in Coats comes in two varieties, Berry and Apple. Each is made using real fruits (and vegetables!), gluten free oats and just a handful of simple ingredients like sea salt and cinnamon. They are committed to products that are free from the top ten allergens (and then some): no dairy, no egg, no fish, no gluten, no mustard, no peanuts, no sesame, no shellfish, no soy, no tree nuts, no sulfites and no wheat.
