About Brand

Sparked around a Minnesota campfire, the idea of a flavorful, better-for-you marshmallow inspired us to create North Mallow marshmallows. As camp counselors, we have some serious s’more-making skills and recognized that the simple act of roasting marshmallows created joy and connections among our campers - experiences that would last a lifetime. Together as a husband and wife team, we want to share the joyful moments we experienced at camp and successfully improve upon the classic to deliver a delicious line of mallows that roast to the perfect, gooey consistency and that we can feel good about sharing with our family, friends, and campers. We believe food should be made with simple, real ingredients. Unlike traditional marshmallows, we never use high fructose corn syrup, chemical preservatives, or anything artificial. As camp counselors in Minnesota, we’ve roasted a lot of marshmallows and always wanted a better, more flavorful option. So, we created simply better marshmallows for our family, friends, and campers to enjoy.

Bold Flavors
Not your boring, old marshmallow. Our marshmallows are full of flavor and come in three varieties: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Chip, & Caramel Swirl. Perfect for every camper and adventurous spirit.

Nothing Artificial.
Unlike traditional marshmallows, we never use high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors or preservatives. Only the best ingredients here.

Better Roasting
Our fluffy marshmallows roast quickly to an ooey-gooey center to allow for a fast, flavorful fireside snack every time.
