From grocery stores with limited stock to fears of going outside, there are many uncertainties in today’s world. We understand that now more than ever, certain products are harder to come by – especially allergen-free foods. The Safe + Fair Food Companystrives to bring consistency and comfort during these times. Here are a few things we are doing to make sure we can bring solace and snacks to our customers.
RIGOROUS TESTING
At Safe + Fair, we are proud to be a reliable source of delicious food for those with food allergies, the vegan community, and others. Our ultimate goal is to continue offering clean label, allergen-free food at fair prices. We are constantly testing and developing food that is consumable for those with even the most sensitive food allergies. Our allergen testing measures are rigorous and will continue to be so to ensure our food is consistently top-notch quality. A customer should never have to worry about the safety of consuming our snacks.
WIDESPREAD ACCESSIBILITY
All of our products are available online, and we are still safely and conveniently shipping to shoppers’ doors. Our wide array of products is just a click away, and we also offer free shipping for orders over $20. For those who will venture out for essentials, we recently secured a spot on SuperTarget shelves nationwide and Costco clubs in the Bay Area, Southeast, Midwest, San Diego and Texas.
TRANSPARENCY
Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, social distancing is in effect in all of our fulfillment facilities. Although we experienced shipping obstacles, we always make sure our customers are informed every step of the way via social media, email, and our website. Our customer service team has done a magnificent job at making sure all orders are fulfilled and customers are happy.
INNOVATION
Even though Team Safe + Fair is working from home, we don’t believe innovation should ever stop. We are continuing to give fans something to smile about with our new flavors and products! At the end of March, we released our all-new Drizzled Popcorn in three unique flavors: Birthday Cake, Blueberry Cobbler à La Mode, and Dark Chocolaty. This popcorn has been a huge hit and we love to create new products for people to celebrate. Our Head of R&D continuously brings creativity to our “next best thing” and we can’t wait to see what exciting, new flavors our team whips up next!
We feel so fortunate that our customers choose to incorporate our brand into their daily lives, no matter the circumstances. It brings us such joy to know that families across the country are enjoying our Granola at their kitchen table for breakfast and our Drizzled Popcorn in their living room during movie night. We want to continue to be a part of every moment, every occasion. We look forward to the time when our customers can again enjoy our products on their next family vacation or their trip to the playground.
